Dr. Felipe E. Perez is the Owner and Lead Counselor of Foundation Ministries & Counseling LLC, where he is committed to helping individuals, couples, and families build stronger lives and healthier relationships through biblically grounded counseling and coaching. His mission is to help people discover hope, experience healing, and create lasting change by integrating the timeless truth of Scripture with practical counseling principles.

With more than a decade of counseling experience and nearly 30 years of distinguished service in the United States Air Force, Dr. Perez brings a unique combination of leadership, compassion, and real-world experience to every counseling relationship. As a retired Chief Master Sergeant, he spent his military career leading diverse teams, mentoring others through life’s most challenging circumstances, and caring for the well-being of service members and their families. Today, he continues that calling by walking alongside clients as they navigate anxiety, depression, grief, marital conflict, life transitions, spiritual struggles, and personal growth.

Dr. Perez specializes in Christian counseling for individuals, couples, premarital relationships, and families. His approach combines biblical wisdom with evidence-informed counseling practices to address emotional, relational, and spiritual concerns. As a specialist in Temperament Therapy using the Arno Profile System (APS), he helps clients gain a deeper understanding of their God-given temperament, improve communication, strengthen relationships, and develop healthier responses to life’s challenges. He is also a Certified SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts) Facilitator, equipping engaged and newly married couples with one of the world’s leading premarital assessment and counseling programs.

Whether serving military members, veterans, first responders, ministry leaders, or individuals seeking Christ-centered guidance, Dr. Perez believes every person has been created with purpose and that meaningful transformation is possible through faith, intentional growth, and practical application. His counseling style is compassionate, collaborative, and solution-focused, creating an environment where clients feel heard, valued, challenged, and encouraged as they pursue lasting change.
